SUPPLEMENTS
Supplements are not included in the total amount and must be paid separately during the stay. It’s possible to add 1 extra single bed. Cot on request at no extra charge.
You’ll be asked to pay the following charges by the property at check-in: a tax is imposed by the city, EUR 0,80 per person, per night.
CLEANING FEE €350 PER STAY
CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-in time from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Guests must contact the property for check-in information. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.
Children of all ages are welcome (there is no minimum age required for check-in). From 3 years old and up they are considered equal to adults. Pets allowed on request. May incur an additional charge.
EXTRA FEE
Security deposit of € 700,00 pre-authorized via credit card or “Easy Rent” insurance policy of € 79,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of € 3.000 in case of damages.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free Cancellation Period: until 30 days before arrival
No-show fee if the guest doesn’t show up: 100% of the total price of the reservation

- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival
- If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation
